You Don’t Need a Full Marketing Team. You Need the Right One.
It’s easy to assume that growth means headcount. That more marketers = more results. But I’ve worked inside high-growth startups and global teams, and here’s what I know:
You don’t need a full team. You need the right people at the right time.
Sometimes that means a fractional leader to build the foundation, guide the strategy, and bring in specialists as needed. Sometimes it means holding off on junior hires until you know what they should actually be doing. Sometimes it means being honest about what matters now versus what can wait.
Smart marketing isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right people.
